The Vision Gran Turismo name is not accidental; it means the concept car is part of the Vision Gran Turismo Program, a project led by Polyphony Digital's Kazunori Yamauchi involving a series of (mostly virtual) vehicles developed by car manufacturers for the Gran Turismo racing game franchise.
