宋刚：硬件发展到现在已经到了相对瓶颈期，再往后发展更多是AI驱动。AI驱动的背后是用户真实需求的驱动。我们过去谈“智能化”，其实是人工做的智能，比如手机需要靠人去设定闹钟，提醒自己，而不是机器基于对人的理解，主动提供服务。我们认为，未来主动式智能应该是机器真正的智能。
